Production
A flexible and experienced work force (average 9 years with
MEC) to meet your production needs for large or small quantity runs. Lead-time of 2-3
weeks on labor jobs with quicker turns arranged if needed. All products are built at
E.S.D. controlled workstations
- Thru-hole Printed Circuit board assembly with both hand and
Universal equipment. Wavesolder and cleaning with Hollis equipment.
- Two-sided surface mount assembly to 20mil pitch with
Universal and O.K. equipment
- Cable, harness, flat cable and wire wrap assembly with Amp.
moles, JST, Berg and Burndy crimpers. Wire processing with Schleuniger and Eubanks
equipment. Testing with Sensitek machine. All cable, harness and wire wrap assemblies are
100% tested.
- Test and repair to component level of production runs, field
service returns and upgrades.
- Quick turns on kit sizes as small as a single prototype unit
for thru-hole, surface mount, cable and harness assemblies.
- Electro-mechanical assemblies built to torque specifications
if required.
- All hand soldering is done by certified operators with
Metcal equipment.
- ECO wire upgrades to printed circuit boards on production
runs or assembled product.
- End of life manufacturing of printed circuit board or cable
and harness with test if required.
